Made with our ezketo dough and filled with delicious roasted mushrooms and feta cheese. Our new and improved perogies are a standard 3" size and come in a 250g package (approximately 13 perogies). These delicous flavour pockets will pan fry or bake to a golden brown and go great with a side of sour cream.

Perogies can be cooked from frozen but for best results remove from freezer ahead of time and let thaw before cooking.

Conventional Oven:

Pre-heat to 400 degrees, place perogies on a pre-heated cast iron pan/skillet and bake for 6 minutes. Flip the perogies over and bake for an additional 6 minutes until golden brown. If using a pizza stone or baking sheet it is best to pre-heat and you may need to use parchment to avoid sticking. 

Pan Fry:

Melt a small amount of butter in a frying pan on medium heat. Add ezketo perogies and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Make sure to flip the product a couple times to avoid burning.
